Sponsorship Packages 2008

Maltby and District Riding Club are a non profit making organisation and we rely on the generosity of all our Sponsors.

The club use the sponsorship received to assist with the general running of the club, which includes rent, insurance and equipment. With all sponsorship packages, the riding club welcome any advertisements and flyers to place within the entries cabin. Also if requested a business advertisement can be placed on our website as part of your sponsorship.

All sponsors are most welcome to come and present the prizes and trophies for their sponsored class. If you would like to support us please can you ensure that we have the details of your chosen package by 1 March 2008 so that we can plan our Handbook. 1. Advert in the handbook, £25.00; This package consists of your A5 advertisement being placed in our annual club handbook which is available to all club members and non-members.

2. Printing on the tails of the rosettes and details in the schedule, £40.00 This package consists of your company details being printed on the ribbon tails for one particular class of your choice, at all three of our open shows. Also any company details are placed within the on the day schedule.

3. Advert in the handbook, schedule and printing on the rosette tails for one class at all open shows, £75.00 This package consists of your advertisement being placed within our annual handbook as well your company details being placed within the schedule on the day. Also your company details are printed upon the ribbon tails for one particular class of your choice, at all three of our open shows held on our club field.

4.The 2008 Showing championship £300.00 This is our ultimate package to sponsor the showing championship at all three of our open shows. In this package our sponsor will receive the availability of their company advertisement being placed within our annual handbook and within all of the open schedules. Also your company details will be placed upon all of the showing championship ribbon tails and sashes.

The sponsor will be welcomed to present all of the prizes awarded to the winners of the showing championship.

The sponsor money also covers £75.00 prize money which is awarded to the ultimate showing champion and reserve champion at each individual open show.
